TOTE TICKETS |
Tote ticket will be supplied by Carousal. Do not return unused tote tickets to Carousal. We advise selling tote tickets at £1.00 |

SELECTOR CARDS |
You must return the laminated race selector cards with the Race Disc. Failure to return the cards, the customer will be charged £7.00 to cover costs. |

DVDs |
The Race discs are DVD-R based. We can not guarantee compatibility with any computer DVD-ROM drive. Always obtain and use a set-top DVD player to play the race DVD, and ensure your DVD player can play the DVD-R Format. |

PAYMENT |
The cost of the Race Hire Pack is £86.70 - with payments only by credit/debit card when you book the race package. No card details are stored on computer. A PDQ terminal receipt is held until the race DVD is returned. |

ADMIN FEE |
There is no admin fee on card payments.

| 5 |
CARRIAGE |
Carriage and insurance to the customer will be paid by Motiv-8. Once the race pack has been despatched from Carousal’s office, Carousal will not be held responsible for late deliveries to the customers address. |

RETURN CARRIAGE |
The Customer will be responsible for the postage and safe return of the race DVD and selector cards to Carousal.

LATE RETURNS |
The customer must return the race package on the next working day following their race event.
If the race package is NOT returned to Carousal's Workington office within 7 days following the date of the customers race event then a further hire fee as stated in item three will be charged against the customers credit/debit card. |

DAMAGES |
Damages to race media will be covered by Carousal insurance. Damaged media must be returned. |

THEFT |
Disc theft is a criminal offence. And we will prosecute to the full extent of English law |
| 10 |
CANCELLATIONS |
Please inform us immediately. If the pack has NOT been despatched then we will refund to your card the hire fee less £20.00 cancellation fee. Once the race package has been despatch, Motiv-8 can not refund any payments. |

LEGAL |
Please read the attached legal conditions regarding fund raising race events. All legal documents are posted on this site. |

RACE PACKAGE |
The race package consists of approx: 25 X 64 tote tickets, 1 X race DVD, 1 X addressed padded envelope of return of the DVD, Tote cash sheets, Instructions, This document, Carriage and Insurance with Post Office next day delivery, Credit card payment receipt, Race night law document. |

SIDE BETS |
Forecasts and tricasts can be supplied at extra cost. |

RACE HIRE PACK |
This is defined in item 12. Excluding paperwork. |

DESPATCH |
We despatch DVD race packs approx 5-6 days prior the your event. This is to give you time to check the contents (view the DVD), and to rectify any issues prior to your event. |
