Race nights are still one of the most popular, cost effective and complete audience participated packages on the market.
A Race night is a unique way to raise funds, and bring all the excitement of the race course to your organisation.

We'll arrive fully contained to run your event with:-
Compere, Projection system, Screen, PA system, Thermal tote tickets, and Touch screen tote computer.
Tote ticket sales displayed in real-time!
You may also link your race night with a Karaoke or quiz, to provide a complete entertainment package.
All bookings are agreed in writing.
You'll receive two race card templates as PDF documents. You then simply copy and paste the PDF into MS Word, etc, to make your own custom race cards

All our race DVD's have:
Eight runners in each race, none older than 2000. They have superb graphics, fun introductions, Leader boards, 1-2-3-4 finishing order and Professional commentaries by Peter Bromley and Marc Johnston.

We show races from:
USA, Honk Kong, Austrailia, New Zealand and British race courses such as Ascot, Newmarket, Epsom, York, and Haydock.

One Fee Pricing Structure.
This means the price we quote will be the price you will pay.
We will not take any cut from your takings or profit — The profits you make are yours to take.

Each race has a number of PowerPoint slides, displaying all the race card details, including the race sponsors.

This gives each sponsor a free 10 minute visual advertisement prior to the race they sponsor.
(This also helps to sell the sponsorships more easily.)

Once all the bets have been taken and the tote officially closed, a punter will be asked to select a race DVD at random.

Graphs are then shown to inform of the actual odds and payouts for each runner. Then the race is run.

The number of winners and payments are displayed on screen.
This portrays sincerity and reassures that your meeting is well organised.

As with the on-screen race card, the race sponsor again receives another visual advertisment.
